Much better than the prescription dissolvable tablets.
I ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks with low electrolyte levels for which I had over 30 potassium IV infusions. On being discharged they gave me the NHS dissolvable tablets which, if anyone has had the misfortune to take these, are absolutely disgusting. I discussed taking these instead with my doctor and my levels are now much better than they were on my discharge and in a normal range. I will say that the tablets themselves are quite big so it is best to take them standing up with lots of water. If you take them straight after food they tend to not get stuck in the throat.

No for pill boxes
Not suitable to put in pill boxes for a period of a week. End up like in the picture and fall apart.
