Best vacuum I have ever used. Man this thing can pick up so much stuff. I am actually shocked at what wa sin my carpet. It really has great suction and is easy to remove any stuff that gets stuck. I cannot recommend this enough just buy it you won’t regret it

I have had a Shark previously but I have 2 golden retrievers so I needed one where their hair would not get tangled around the brush. This one works great. It has plenty of suction both on carpet and on wood floors. Easy to use but had to go online for installation details and operation instructions. Thank you for the quick shipping.

It's a really nice vacuum. Doesn't seem like the odor eliminating tablet emits any scent, I even put a different one in so that's kind of disappointing. I have it on the max setting as well. The cord is So long which is great! All the cleaning tools stay on board near the bottom which is a nice feature compared to models where they are closer to the handle or the middle of the wand. My last shark I wasn't very impressed with but this one performs much nicer all around. I like the LED lights although they're not as bright as the lights on my cordless vac.We have three cats and two dogs and this keeps up with the fur just fine. It's also quiet compared to my old shark.Taking the handles apart for the different lengths of wands is easy, switching from carpet to hard floor is simple with the slide function that is also the power button. Removing the canister is so easy, it's also a button release which is nicer (so far) than the dual latch style. It doesn't feel awkward or heavy to me.Overall I'm happy with this Shark model.

Ok, it’s a vacuum; but it’s an awesome vacuum! It picks up everything, so be sure to lift things that may get sucked up (sock, cat, kid… you get the picture). Maneuvering is easy and the chord is slightly longer than the previous Shark vacuum I replaced. I think it’s pulling dirt from the earth below our house it works that well. I’m so surprised my the amount of crud that ends up in the tank after cleaning.. and I vacuum at least 2x a week and we don’t have big, shed-prone dogs! The air freshener pod is a nice bones, but it’s fine w out it. Overall, great suction and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Bought this vacuum not realizing it was refurbished until it was delivered. I was hesitant at first because you just never know with refurbished products but this vacuum was in new condition and I've been using it for about 4 months now. ITS AMAZING. The best vacuum I've ever owner! I have 5 cats and a toddler, this vacuum is impeccable. The suction is so strong, it picks up any mess, keeps the cat hair to a bare minimum. I tell everyone to buy this vacuum! I also clean apartments on the side after people move out and this vacuum has made my job 10x easier. BUY IT.

This product made an awful sound time I turned it on. It will be returned today. Shark usually has great products, but this one is definitely not a good one.

This vacuum is a vast improvement from our old unit. Picks up dog hair great. Works well and is easy to use. Just have to go on line to download a User Manual.

Great product and strong suction!I use this vacuum around my house daily and super impressed with customer service when needing to find and replace my beater bar after a year.
