The best dupe that I have found thus far that is the most similar to La Labo's Santal 26. This candle burns evenly, smoothly and without smoking (if burnt / used correctly). I will be sure to purchase more of this item! Oh wait, I just did.

A nice strong lavender scent. Not artificial smelling. Very good. I have repurchased ; I consider it one of the best smelling lavender candles that I have had.

I purchased this candle based on the reviews here and was excited to try it myself. Here are my thoughts as a passionate candle lover..(1st) love the all black look-as my color scheme for my house consist of neutrals, grey, and black…so works well. And I often buy candles according to smell and if they fit the colors I have going on. The packaging is cute. Love the msg on the back of box.(2nd) while the scent can be smelled from where it is, this size candle works best for smaller spaces - and I got the largest one. I will need a candle for every room for it carry throughout my one bedroom apt. I got the one with Bergamot. (3rd) as mentioned previously, the largest size is still small for me. I would have preferred a larger candle size option especially for this price point. This size is either the same as the Bath & Body Works 3 wick candle or slightly smaller. Still not bad but would have preferred more options or a lower price point. (4th)-it does not come with a lid. This is always a deciding factor for me when I buy candles. Idc how much I like a candle if there is no lid, I will leave it. So seeing there was no lid was a turnoff. Just a preference thing.Overall nice product. Would I rebuy? Meh..maybe.

Great fragrance and the crackling is lovely like having a fire in the fireplace.

Wow. Not sure how this brand gets the high reviews. I've purchased several candles and noticed that I didn't pick up on any scent when I had them burning. (I've been going through a period of investigating a lot of different scented candle companies trying to find a solid brand and this is how I stumbled on these) This is the last one I purchased and I just went to light it this morning in our guest bathroom as we are showing the house - might as well have all the candles lit in every room, right? Well I lit and re-lit this candle which has only burned down about 1/4 the way down-- at least 4x and watched the wick just burn out -- It won't hold a light. So I basically have a candle that won't light. This in addition to the previously disappointing ones which had zero discernable scent. I'd strongly recommend against purchasing this brand. I've found others that are far more reliable and with great scent as well.

The candle comes in such a beautiful box and the aesthetic of the candle itself is just gorgeous. The Santal smell of the candle is just delicious. The only negative thing I could say is that it does not leave any sort of sent in the room. It’s basically like burning a scentless candle, which is really unfortunate. I buy my candles to make my room smell wonderful so unfortunately I won’t buy this one again, but if they can alter the intensity of the aroma, I’ll give it another shot.

I actually liked this candle. I find candle scents too strong most of the time, but i could tolerate this one and actually went through it within 2 weeks. But please note I said “tolerate” The wick was new to me - it seemed much sturdier and almost like a piece of very small wood - not sure. It worked well but did get spent within 2 weeks of burning. I would order again, but I continue my pursuit of a pure smelling candle (not perfume but something organic maybe) Aveda used to have great candles that smelled more natural
