Does the Tree Breezer run true to size?

This style tends to run snug. For the best fit, we highly recommend to size up by a half size regardless of your foot type. If you're in between sizes or have wide feet, size up by a full size.

Our shoes offer varying levels of arch support across styles, and our insoles are removable to accommodate custom orthotics if needed. If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up to the next full size in everything.

Will my shoes stretch?

While our Wool collection will naturally stretch slightly over time, the Tree collection maintains its original shape. Either way, we recommend wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in.

Are Allbirds washable?

Yes. Remove the insoles and laces then wash on wool or gentle cycle. For the best results, use your favorite gentle detergent and a delicates bag. Avoid the dryer and bleach at all costs! We recommend hand washing shoes in our Mizzle collection.
