Kinda wonky to adjust, doesn't sit into place that well.

This nice little tool has become a staple point in my stretching and work out routine. Small, compact, and very well made. The foot pads are gripped well. The angle is achieved using a metal bar and slots to pressure lock them into that angle. It's able to take weight and doesn't jiggle, vibrate, or feel wobbly in any way. Super solid.Well worth the money.

The squat wedge is no joke. It is very well made and heavy; I believe it will last for many years. I can say, although I thought I was pretty good at squats, this was a killer. I needed to take a break from using and will start more slowly when I start up again. I have also used it for calf stretches and it works very well for those.
