Wanted mom to drink my filtered water I get from my rain barrel and clean. Said store bought is better. I got several layers of filters to clean it more and she said no, but dad loved it. Then got a UV-C light to get 100% comfort on disinfection. Mom still said no.So got this to prove the cleanliness of the water and checked a bottle of water and got 34. Wells within 0-50. So I tried my water at various stages of clean. After the initial screens and uv-c light. It’s already 14-16. Add the extra filters and a pass through a brita filter and down to 11. Mom still not convinced hehe. Even aunts distilled water was only down to 7. So thought “let’s check the well water too!” Big mistake as the screen turned dark red as it displayed 1760 and basically told me to run.So really cool and seems to work really well, didn’t even realize it had a temperature control feature, but the readability of the screen and size of the device are really nice and helped give me more comfort in my drinking water.

It works good. Tested our reverse osmosis drinking water tap, our non-drinking tap water which runs through a whole house filter, then a softener, and our water that goes outside which is unsoftened and unfiltered, straight from our well. Results are pretty accurate compared to results we’ve gotten back from the health department.I like having it on hand to test the reverse osmosis tap periodically, to keep an eye on when the filters should be changed, as sometimes they need to be changed a little sooner than the recommended 3 months. Fast and easy to read results.

Great test kit to make sure you have safe drinking water. It was worth every penny. Easy to use and understand.

This tester works well. It will however surprise you what is noy drinkable. Ar least my botyle water is within limits. Color and size is great.The value for your money, is about your insides and are you contaminating yourself.

My tap water is terrible and I bought a portable reverse osmosis machine for counter top and then use a Britta pitcher after filtered. I wanted to compare the hardness of the water before and after filtration and this tester was really easy to use and readability was great. I really found it helpful.

At first I was ready to send this thing back because I did exactly as the instructions said and it was not working properly took it out the water and pressed clear, put it back in the water quite a few times even tried other water like tap water and juice and stuff and nothing was working it would not but I kept fiddling with it maybe 10 minutes later it just started automatically working properly, don't know why don't know how I didn't do anything differently but it just started working. I wasn't even in the process of returning it till I tried one last time and that's when it worked. I would have given it five stars if it didn't work immediately right out the box but it put me through all this aggravation.
