These cotton knit pants are lightweight, but substantial enough that they are not transparent or gauzy. In my work with very sick and dying people, I need clothing that can withstand lots of washing and lots of movement. They do not sag and have not faded after several washings. The sizing is a little small; I ordered my pants a size larger than I would normally wear.

I bought these slacks to wear around the house and they're good for that but I would never wear them out. They are very thin and show every lump and bump I have. I'm short and they fit me perfectly. I have lost weight and when I was heavier I always bought large and so I went ahead and bought large because I had read where they run small. They fit me fine so my guess is they do run small. So if you plan on wearing them only at home; you buy the next size up; you're short; you wear a long blouse; then they should be fine for you. I have washed them in cold water and dried them and they did not shrink. They are comfortable and feel more like pajamas then slacks.I have edited my review since I bought these pants and added the extra star. The reason I added the star is that I'm very happy with these pants. They hold up well in repeated washings and are very comfortable to wear around the house. I'm ordering 2 more pair now.

Bought for my elderly mother. She has had some health issues and lost a lot of weight. All her pants were fallong off her. These fit nicely and are comfortable. They are casual yet look nice enough to wear out. Have bought her several more pairs.

Love these pants. They fit perfect, fabric is soft and comfortable, and are warm and cozy for cooler weather. Elastic waste and pockets are great. I ordered black and wish they had navy blue too. I'd order them. I am 5'4" 118lbs and they fit just right.

The only thing I am having difficulty with is the size of the waist. I am still pondering on how to remove about three inches of the waist. That is why I have not sent them back for a refund. My mother was a wizard about working through these problems, but she has been gone since 1996. I still believe I can master it. If not, I will get back to you in a few weeks. I am now 90 years old, still upright, and believe I will accomplish this as soon as I return from a trip to Dallas, TX for a panel discussion about beast cancer.

I bought 2 pair for my mother in law who is in a nursing home. I bought her a small because she is a very petite woman. Cherokee Medium in Nurse pants is what I normally buy her. These pants literally fell off of her. Literally. She didnt take 2 steps befor they were on the floor. I double checked the tag and both pair said small. Im a larger woman and those would fit me (AND be flattering if they said small!)

Bought two pair for my 90 year old mom. So far, so great. They're comfortable for her, the elastic waistband is convenient for her. They don't look like sweat pants or warm ups. They're cut like slacks with a nice little taper, so wear them for just about any occasion (shoot, even sleeping). They look great. We're all very happy with them - thank you!

They fit the way I want...have perfect length...pockets are a good size...washes up nicely...good fabric...waistband is soft. I read the other reviewers and so purchased a size larger than mine (while keeping my fingers crossed that my pants would be loose as shown in the display pictures online). Perfect results. I am buying another pair now...gray, I think...

I didn’t keep the product because it was too small for my mom. I am guessing her size since she is in her personal care home and I am not allowed to try them on her.
