Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic. It kills bacteria, viruses and fungal infections. It does not contain protein. It is not a food supplement. It is used both internally and externally. Claims "certified organic" but this is found no where on the label nor the company website. Is it certified organic or not?

I don’t believe silver (mineral) and water (h2o) can be “organic” which means it isn’t a genetically modified organism (gmo) not sprayed with chemical pesticides/herbicides, by definition. It would be a “natural” product, but I don’t believe anyone would ever have “organic” components.

What is the partial size in nanometers? Also can this be used as a nasel spray when mix with saline solution?
