Great taste, a nice size portion, the texture of the rice cakes are so good, i live in a small dorm and the smell doesn’t linger in the room, super easy to use you just add water and microwave! Also, make sure you put the rice cakes on the bottom and then add the ramen so that they cook right, if you don’t they are a weird texture.

Taste was just okay. I thought it would be spicier, but it was more smoky with deeper chili notes. I added some chili crisp to try to give it the flavor I was looking for, and that helped it. I also added a bit of cheese to it which helped get it to be the flavor I desired. The rice cakes were delicious and a great texture, reminded me of a gnocchi. I separated them before cooking so they would cook evenly. If you are wondering how spicy this is, my spice-averse 9 year old tried it and liked it.

Not a bad small meal or as a snack. The sauce is delicious and not overwhelmingly spicy. The ramen noodles are super thin and kinda cook up soggy. I really really love Korean rice cakes, like I eat them in my dream meals and these….when they cooked properly were great, but there were only a few that cooked properly. Next cup I will make sure to separate every single one, making sure none are stuck together and hopefully more will cook perfectly.

These are very good! I like that they are individual sized so you can just have some and not overindulge!

Easy enough to make, but the tteokbokki had the texture of stale chewing gum. I was so sad, since it was my first chance to try tteokbokki, and I'm almost positive it's not supposed to be that texture.Also SAT in my stomach and definitely felt it -- you know the feeling, like you've got a bowling ball in your tum. This did it, and I didn't even feel full, either.Not passable as food, imo.

These are really good, love the spice n savoriness. I plan on buying them again.

It's pretty alright. Sometimes the rice cakes don't all cook well; like half will be kinda chewy and tougher, while the others are perfectly fine.However. Add some shredded four-cheese mix into it as well, and it elevates it to ~really delicious~, in my opinion. (I used another word but had to edit this review cause it didn't allow it. Even though I still censored it. Alas.)
