Seems to work very well,not in use very long but initial results vary good

Absolutely rubbish. Not fit for purpose.Not reliable to notify phone App. Takes too long to answer and connect when it does ring phone App. Person has gone.People press the call button and it doesn't ring my phone every time.

The media could not be loaded. The doorbell camera itself is fairly decent with good picture quality. The main problem is with chime (CH1). When the electrician installed the camera and I initially connected to the chime as a repeater, it kept dropping off and I could not update the doorbell and chime to the latest version of the software as it keeps dropping off at about 8%. I then connected the doorbell directly to the router and it was fine albeit disconnecting occasionally. I was even able to update the doorbell camera. However, after a seemingly failed update of the chime, I wasn't able to connect the chime again to the router and the indicator kept flashing red.I contacted amazon about the seemingly defective chime and was surprised to be told to return the whole package (doorbell and chime) even though the chime seems to be the device that is faulty even though this meant I will have to now get an electrician uninstall the camera. This seems very pointless but I was told that is the only option. I contacted Ezviz the manufacturer directly but after some pointless 'fixes', I was told to return the whole thing as well.I feel this lacked any common sense (if it is that common) as the doorbell would be 'useless' if as they claim when already registered to an account rather than just sending the chime itself back to be replaced as it's sold as a standalone item.I will be doing just that but leaving this very detailed review to save others this heat ache. Stay clear of this package with the chime as it is very useless.

Excellent doorbell and has completely stopped my need for charging. Camera quality is so much better then my previous ring doorbell and less outages.

While the product comes with all the necessary fixing plates and screws, it lacks a screw to secure the doorbell once it is in the securing plate. This makes it vulnerable to theft, as it can be easily removed by pushing up from the bottom.Considering the cost of the doorbell, this oversight is a serious flaw that compromises its security. As a result, I can only give this product a rating of 4 stars.

Good so far. Charges itself. Ezvis products seem very well made. Have used these for years and never let me down.

Good quality product and it works!The cameras are good and the doorbell is pretty much lag-free when pressed.I was 5 miles from home today when Royal Mail rang the doorbell, I answered on my phone and gave delivery instructions with only the slightest lag.Colour night vision is supported and works but I prefer the much brighter nightime image you get with IR.All in all (up to yet) very good.Edit: The doorbell keeps losing connection even though my WiFi is very strong so I've ,sadly, decided to return it. I need reliable security and this has proved not to be.

I am very familiar with ezviz cameras and this new dual lens ezviz doorbell knocks spots off the ring doorbell which I had previously.It’s so easy to set up. No sound issues at all. Crystal clear pictures on day and colour night vision.Only thing to remember is to have colour night vision you have to to go back to auto mode for during the day or it won’t pick any activity up at the door at all.But it’s a really good doorbell I’m very happy with it
