The gummies have a chemical taste to them. They start off sweet but definitely have a medicinal after taste. Also you have to eat 5 of them to get the dosage. So you go through the servings very fast. This is a good break up to my routine since it’s one less drink to mix. Just make sure you continue to consume the required amount of water to make this product effective. I probably will switch back to powdered product. The gummies are certainly gummy. Lots of chewing to get these down the hatch.

Just finished my first 30 day supply. I thought there would be 5 grams per gummy, but it turns out there's only one gram per gummy, so I have to take 5 per day. Kind of expensive and very sugary. They do seem to work, though. It took about 10 days before I felt any effect. More energy in the gym and I really do feel like my brain works better. I'm 67 years old, used to be a competitive powerlifter, and have been weightlifting for 50 years. Before the creatine I could do about 60 push ups in a set. Now I can do 70. Alot cheaper than other leading brands and the texture holds up very well. These gummies won't stick together in the container and is similar to eating actual candy. If someone gave me sour patch kids and these side by side I wouldn't be able to notice much difference. I give 4 stars becasue they seems too good to be true, I need a way to test the ingredients/validity of the 5g creatine actually being in each serving.
