I love how quick and easy it turns tap water into a tasteless and refreshing drink. I love the ease and how fast the machine is. The filter was already installed and the directions were super easy. Less then 2 minutes the water is filtered through. The taste of the water is just okay, if the water is very cold it is drinkable otherwise it is not that great to me. One of the better filters still but it’s just like better tasting arrowhead (which is disgusting)

This is a wonderful product. I can really taste the difference in the water, and I am taking the water from my faucet water filter and running it through the Piurify unit. I feel much more confident about the purity of the water than I ever have before.I had an issue arise with the unit starting to need to be charged in less than 24 hours. I call the support team and Mark was amazing and sent out a new unit within a day of receiving a video and description of the problem. Great product, great service.Pete Swan
