Smaller than expected
It was smaller than what I expected, but the wording made up for it. Very nice gift for bosses day.

Bought this for a co worker who was celebrating her 25th anniversary. She absolutely loved it!!! I will say it is significantly smaller than it looks, but itβs still perfect!

Good message for a business owner gift
This was a gift for my employers, who try to maintain the "TEAM" motto. However, this item is very small. I had to get creative. In a black picture frame, I put a copy of the company logo with a piece of drawing paper on top of it (not totally clear). The drawing paper made the logo cloudy so the words on this items is more noticeable. Then used clear glue to put this puzzle shaped messageon the outside of the glass. Turned out good & made a more personalized, thoughtful & impressive gift.

Love the writing on it, and the quality was beautiful. It looked just like it did on screen. The value of it was perfection for the money. My coworkers absolutely enjoyed it, and it brought tears to their eyes because it was true.

Beautiful, but itty bitty
Ordered this for my Manager since work puts her through Hell and back, so I just wanted to show her a little appreciation. The message is touching and could put a smile on one's face easily. The only things that I am not impressed by is the size and how light weight it is. It about the size of a deck of cards corner to corner, but about a half deck in thickness.

cute but super tiny... I would have never paid almost 12.00 for a 2.75 x 2.75 in plaque.... seriously... there should be law against advertising scams.... I would have returned it, however my bosses bday is tomorrow.... so I dont have any choice but to keep it... but buyer beware of advertising fraud... this is super little!!! I love amazon but this is becoming more and more of an issue...
