Really good stuff! My daughter (aged8) has a scar on her cheek from a playground collision. Her glasses frame cut into her cheek when she banged heads with another child, at speed, resulting in 7 stitches. The scar is just over an inch long.Was using another silicone cream for a few weeks and no obvious changes.Started with this one and within a week, it’s not as raised, feels much flatter and smoother, it has changed to a more pinkish tone from the angry red it has been since the injury. Will keep using it but so far, definitely worth the money and glad I switched products.

This is an effective product provided that you use it regularly for the period of time recommended. It noticeably reduces the inflammation and scarring over this period. The skin softness does return, but this was used on a relatively small scar (4 stitches) so not sure how effective it would be on a larger wound. Patience is needed as with any scarring it takes time to heal. Not tried other products so cannot compare them, but this does work.

I'm happy and hopeful with it so far, It's a cream instead of a gel, so is less sticky and has a smoother application.It's a good size bottle, so you won't run out in a hurry, and it can cover larger surface areas easily.. (I'm hopeful it might help with old acne pits alongside other scars.)Silicone tapes can be helpful, but I prefer that I can use this cream liberally and top up as I need ...just make sure you wait until it's dry before using other skincare products.

I’ve bought this following surgery and after watching advice from plastic surgeon consultants.I’m not out of dressings yet but wanted this on hand to start treatment asap as recommended. Because this can be used on old scars I used it on a knee replacement scar which is a bit unsightly. This gel is lovely, has a creamy texture. I used it on my knee scar with the circular and back and forth technique and it absorbs nicely leaving a better topical appearance on use and I’m hoping for good things with continued use as recommended. Reasonably priced too.

Nice gel very good for massaging scar .absorbs nicely but not before you have chance to give scar a good massage .

I've noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin and my scar is feeling less raised. The gel absorbs quickly without leaving any residue which makes applying it really easy, as well as soothing. This cream absorbs easily into the scar not leaving any sticky residue.I'm using it for my knee replacement scar which is very prominent. It's only been two months since the operation, but I do see an improvement in the colour of it.It's really helpful to apply it before wearing trousers or jeans which I find rub the scar, making it feel a bit rough and the cream doesn't transfer onto your clothing.I'm going to keep up the regime so I will be ordering more.It's colourless and odourless which is good and very easy to use.

Lovely silky gel, soaks into your skin really well and not sticky at all.Helps my post op scars, they’re already becoming less visible!
