Im a vaper which patch do you think will help or do you think i should use something else to stop?

Firstly patches do work. I smoked for 38yrs and have been stopped for nearly 3 yrs now thanks to them. I got hooked on gum for a while and used patches to get off that! I'm not sure which strength of patch you would need as it's based on the number of cigarettes smoked but I'd suggest you try the strongest first if you vape a lot. Good luck.

How many hours do I neet to keep the patch minimum when I put it?

I'm not sure but personally if I don't have one on for awhile it takes a couple of hours before I feel better but I use these every day so if you are using now and then I'd say a good 4 or 5 hours. The maximum you leave it on is 16 hours.

Why when these are supposed to be patches does it say 20 Cartridges? And what is the best before date on them if they are patches? Thanks

Is it normal for the skin to go red from the patch?

I went red and itchy. I assumed it’s the nicotine irritating the skin. It gets better stage 2 and 3. I would alternate left and right, arm and leg so as to minimise rash.
