I can sit at my desk for hours now and work out my lower legs. It surely beats sitting doing nothing! I feel like this helps to keep the blood flowing and should improve lymphatic drainage in my legs. I am glad I bought this thing. It is well made and perfect for under my small desk.

I never thought id be buying one of these but it’s been a lifesaver at my WFH job to keep blood going and getting my heart rate up. You can feel the resistance but because it’s powered it kind of helps you out if you zone out but you still get results. No assembly at all. Really quiet and easy to operate. It feels like the calorie count may be inflated but I’m not sure. I use my Apple Watch with it to see my heart rate. Three different programs with differing speeds and resistances. Will switch from backwards to forwards to give you variety during the programs. Not too heavy to move but enough to not move under your desk. Feels solid and not flimsy.

Purchased this Under Desk Elliptical Machine for my father who has stopped walking for exercise due to balance issues. The machine is plug powered and moves his legs for him - which you wouldn't think does anything, but when I used it during a visit I could tell my muscles had worked afterwards. The machine is small enough to not be a bother - he keeps his in front of the couch. It's quiet and doesn't move around when in use but it is placed on a rug. He has his favorite program and likes that it comes with a remote. It's easy enough to use that he uses it everyday. Just know that if you are looking for a machine to get a hard workout in, this is probably not it. All program options will move your feet for you. Overall, very worth the money to get and keep my dad moving until he feels more confident on his feet.

Love this machine!!! I’m 82, out of shape, use a walker or a cane to get around. I have a flight of stairs that I need to climb to get to my condo. Because of this machine, climbing the stairs is becoming easier and easier. It is also easier to get around because I’m strengthening my legs. I can’t say enough good about this elliptical machine. If you are considering buying it, don’t hesitate. Buy it!! You will love it. I do it 4 times each day for 10 minutes each time. I will start to increase my time. Buy it!!! You will love it!!

Many similar machines to choose from. My choice for this was based on reviews and price. So far it's been working flawlessly, it's very quiet and easy to use. Had to put a rubber pad under it, cause it would slowly move forward during use, the pad fixed that. I only wish the display directed at the user had a slight angle, so to better see the time, program, etc

Exactly what I needed and hoped for. It is easy to use right out of box. Light enough to move around by my 69 year old self. Easy to follow instructions. Love it has a remote. I keep it next to my recliner then move it over to use as I’m watching tv or reading. It has different speeds. It also goes in two different directions. Forward then backwards. I use it for 30 minutes 2 times a day. The difference in how my legs feel is amazing. I highly recommend this for people of all ages but especially for those of us that are older and may not get much exercise. I will never give up using this.

We purchased this machine in March 2025 and have used it almost every day. We have found it to be very easy to use and it has helped stimulate circulation and strengthen muscles in the legs. The machine is very easy to use and it does offer several modes so that you can start slow and progress as you use it. It can be used anywhere in the home and it literally does create any noise. The incline fluctuates but does not create any stress on the legs. It is worth the money.

Machine is quite and easy to use.Especially like all the modes and ability to change direction and pedal speeds.Would highly recommend this product, don't forget extended 2yr warranty.JY
