buyer beware

I really wish I could give this paint a good review since I bought them based on that, but I can't and will be saying the same for all but 2 that I ordered. After following the instructions and watching several YouTube videos on how it is suppose to work, this paint didn't create any type of design for me. They simply pooled together with no design at all. I am so disappointed and have wasted my money. I must've received a bad lot for most of them. So buyer beware..
