Is the sconce dimmable? Is it possible to buy replacement glass pieces?

The sconce itself is not dimmable, and the bulbs we provide are not dimmable, but dimmable bulbs can be used.

Does the sconce itself have a switch? Is this UL certified or something similar?

The light fixture itself has a switch, and you can also control it with a wall switch.

Does this have to be hardwired or does it have a cord and plug?

It is hardwired. But you can use a remote light bulb.

How do I distinguish between these wires?

The wires in the fixture are Blue, Brown, and Green/Yellow. Blue and brown can be arbitrarily connected to the neutral wire and the live wire, and the Yellow/Green is Ground wire (small power electrical appliances can not install the ground wire).
