Is this a mineral sunscreen? what is the ingredient list?

I don't think it is mineral but nothing on the description indicates it is chemical either. It's a bar/stick so unlike your 'typical' sunscreen creams or gels, so I don't know how they classify it. Ingredients - Homosalate, Octocrylene, Octilsalate, Avobenzone
