Power:Great power and love all the attachments. Don’t love having to be plugged into the wall. I attached an extension cable to the plug so I can be more mobile with it. Definitely would recommend a cord extender with this purchase. Heats up quick, definitely read the instructions or watch a video for first use as it took me a few minutes to get the nozzle tip working right. Takes a bit of elbow grease to get off

This is a terrific cleaning tool. No more "toothbrush on knees" to clean tile grout. I am so very glad I purchased this. Three things to be aware of: 1) if you have arthritic hands, you will not be able to push the trigger hard enough 2) the grout brush is very effective but the bristles are too flimsy. It will have to be replaced after just a few uses. (see photo) 3) there are different models with more or fewer tools. Note carefully which you are buying.

I love the idea of this however you need to work at the speed of light because you only get around 20 seconds to clean.When you get it you add distilled water then you need to wait for it to heat up and that takes around 10 minutes.Now you are ready to go,or so I thought.I bought it to clean beadboard because I was tired of trying to clean it with q tips.It did a fantastic job,for 20 seconds.I was able to get the dirt and dust stuck in there for years out.Then you have to wait until the steam builds back up appropriately 5min.The other thing I used it on was the tolit wear the seat is attached to the tolit.It worked fantastic to reach places you never could.I used it to clean the washer around where you put the soap in.That drives me crazy everytime I open it and see dirt.I would have to use toothpicks to get in there.I used it in the microwave instead of filling a coffee mug with water and wiping it down.The cup works better.I used it around the faucets,works great.I have used it on the doors,works great.If you want it for smaller jobs get it.If you think you can run around and clean the whole house forget it.Dont buy if you want to clean the grout,you would get one square done and then wait for 5 minutes.The other thing I don't like is you can't see the water level.You could be waiting the 5 minutes for it to steam back up only to learn it's out of water.When you need to do a refill you have to wait about 10 minutes for it to cool off before you can unscrew the top and add water,then wait for it to heat.If you have hand problems don't get it.Its heavy and you have to push the button in continuously.Those are the reasons I don't like it.Would I buy it again, yes because I bought it to clean beadboard and it did that well.

This product is not as good as I hoped. It takes a very long time to heat up, all the attachments broke very easily and it takes a while to be able to refill because you have to wait until it cools down completely.

Terrible product. I can put my hand in front of the nozzle and the steam coming out doesnt even make my hand hot.video isnt real. false advertizing. Product dosent work like promised. Very disappointed

I have always struggled to find a handheld steam cleaner that performs well without leaking constantly. The Bissell Steam Shot Omni Handheld exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and ease of use. The Steam Shot Omni arrived well packaged with all included attachments as well as a cup for measuring the maximum amount of water that will fit in the unit. Directions on use were very clear and very well organized making instructions easy to access. The inclusion of locking position for the primary arm was helpful during first set up. The build quality of the Steam Shot Omni is solid. The body is a solid, quality plastic, and the tools lock in without creaking or the fear of breaking. I have a one-year old at home and the Steam Shot Omni quickly removed food residue from his high chair. Not only did it remove staining from earlier in the day, it clearly cleaned the spot without the use of any chemicals. This brought great peace of mind. I was also able to refresh my window treatments without removing them saving me from an hour plus of removing the curtains, ironing, and putting them back up. After completing all cleaning tasks, prepping the product to be stored was as easy as setup. After unplugging the unit was left off for 5 minutes. I drained the Steam Shot Omni and let it dry. The cord of the unit comes with a velcro strap to neatly rewind the cord. The addition of the velcro strap may seem small, but it is extremely helpful when dealing with a longer cord. This made storage much easier. Overall I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to clean without the use of chemicals. The quality of steam production greatly outweighs any other handheld steam cleaner and the build quality and ease of use make the Bissel Steam Shot Omni Handheld an amazing addition to the cleaning supply arsenal.

Such a disappointment and waste of money, I would return but shipping costs hardly make it worth it. The 6oz water tank takes 3 minutes to heat up and then it takes less then a minute to go through it! It took me 8 minutes to clean a toilet seat and all of the crevices! I have a large steam cleaner in storage as I'm currently living away from the US that is much better and even though it is larger it doesn't seem as awkward to use. Stay away from this machine! Find one with more water capacity and do be side tracked if it is a bigger machine!

I have used this a couple of times now and I must say that I am happy with how useful this is. Our kitchen stove, wall and overhead fan builds up a lot of grease and this worked wonders on getting it out. I especially appreciate that I don't need to use any harsh chemicals. The cord for this is a good length - just enough to use around the kitchen area but not too long that I get tangled up in it. It comes with a lot of different attachments for different jobs. The weight of the steamer with the water is not bad either. My preference would have been for a bit lighter, but I am not sure how realistic that is since I know it has to have enough water to steam and do a good job. I haven't had a chance to use this on my couch or my bathtub yet, but I have high hopes for it and I am confident it will get the job done.
