When I ordered them the sizes were marked . I ordered a Boys Large (12-14)

do these have seams up the back?

They have small, about 2/3” long (the width of the elastic band) seam in the center back of the elastic band (it doesn’t bother my kids, but you may conceivably feel it when wearing the garment) and two seams forming the rear of the seat, about 2-3” to the right and to the left off the center, from the elastic band down to the bottom. These two seams are flat and you don’t feel them at all when you wear the garment. There is no single center seam in the back. Hope this helps:)

My son is 75lbs & 55inches & he fits the 12 (L) So I suggest maybe xl for you or men's size not boys.

Those are for sports?

Your son could us them for sports but they are shorter in length. My son wear them daily. He has calvin kleins that are longer in length that he prefers to wear for sports. He is 12.

I have a very petite woman's body and have a miserable time finding underwear that fits in either the women's or girls' dept, so I started looking into boys boxer briefs, since they don't ride up and the pouch area lies flat when stretched wide by female hips. My natural waist is 24.5", low waist is 29.5" (exactly where the waistband sits), and low hip (aka butt) is 33". This means boys XL fits my shape perfectly.The 100% cotton is extremely soft, not too thick for Texas heat, and so comfortable that I resent the days they're in the wash and I have to wear a different style. I could not be happier...unless these had a subscribe & save listing, in which case I'd be getting 2 new pairs on the regular.

NO WEDGIES!!!

These are built for a boy's body and I am a woman- so I have this random pocket of air flopping in my crotch. My other boxer briefs don't have that. Other than that I really liked the fit. I am a curvy woman, 5'7 160lbs. I got Large and they were nice and snug. They stay in place, NO WEDGIES!!! No clue if these are comfy for a boy - but I enjoy!
