Love this! Very tasty, smooth and comforting, relaxes me for sleep. Has a small amount of sugar, but has not spiked my blood sugar. Decided to subscribe to Ryze Mushroom Cocoa. I can skip delivery if necessary without cancelling, or could cancel if I had to, but hope I never have to.Edit: Looks like I will have to cancel my subscription after all. This month the price went up substantially. As a retired person, this is now out of my budget. Disappointing.

Just received my order and I'm writing this immediately after consuming 8 ozs.Bought this for a family member who was having problems with sleeping with the hope it would help.I tried it first and man was I shocked. Tasted nothing like cocoa or chocolate and used milk instead of water.Actually added real cocoa from Starbucks to help the taste and even then, it was barely drinkable.Not sure if I will give it my family member or just toss it out.Hopefully I start to nod off, if not this experiment will be a waste of money.Wanted to update my previous review - after re-reading the instructions, it has come to my attention that i did not mix the product properly, which led to my review stars being so low.When i mixed the product with milk (8oz) instead of the noted 6ozs and used the included spoon for the measurement, which is not 1 table spoon, its my position that this led to the weak taste.I gave the remaining package to a family member who verified my findings and followed the instructions using the proper measesured amounts and is very pleased with the taste and the added sleep benefits.I have updated the initial review and provided 4 stars and even purchased a subscription for my family member.

This mushroom coffee is delicious first of all like a pure cup of hot chocolate before bed. Not only did it relax me and I had the best sleep ever but it also nourishing with all the minerals and vitamins from the mushrooms. I purchase because I wanted a relaxing sleep and not wake up feeling groggy. Trust me it did not disappoint!

Used to be a melatonin junkie! Now this is my night time fix for sleep. Wake up refreshed and sleep longer periods of time. (Deep Sleep) the wooden spoon is a nice touch but only for storing can’t measure by it as to directions.

Not sure what to make of itHelped me to fall asleep, but still wake up 2 am and can’t go back to sleep.Made me feel jittery and anxiety after drinking it. Tingling feeling all over. Then about 29 mins later eyes feel heavy. Not sure what to think of this reaction.
