Total game changer. Get off the fence and get one. I using it as part of my rehab to get back into working out. I feel like my entire body got s workout after a 30 minute walk with this vest.I think as I get moving more, I may need one that doesn't have weight on the underarm/sides as I can see potential for chafing on my arms if I'm wearing a tank top.

This vest is easy to walk and work in. I like to put it on when I'm about to clean for a couple of hours. Baby blue is a cute color. It fits my 5'4" 135lbs frame as well. I'd say start with a lighter weighted vest if you are new to working out.

Good weight distribution, sits in one place without shifting or feeling off center. 12 pounds was a perfect start point for my walks. Improved my cardio workout and helping build muscle. Would buy again.

I love this and I love all the pockets, but be careful if you have back issues. This immediately started hurting my back. It is super comfortable, but the extra weight can be taxing on the lower back.

I literally pulled this out of the package this morning, threw it on and went for a walk. At some point, I reached to my side to adjust my shirt and felt "sprinkles". I realized that the pellets were coming out! I was still about a mile from home but I was able to collect these at the end of my walk (see pic) - so for this one, the quality is not 100%. I'll return & try another one - really disappointed because I was very excited to try this out. Other than that, I loved it! It fits well. I was concerned about it being too tight around my breasts & the straps adjust perfectly. It feels heavy when you pull it out of the box but the weight distributes perfectly once it's on. It's not bulk, I was able to walk and jog with comfort; it's pretty sleek. I just wish it didn't spring a leak within the first hour of wearing it.Update after receiving a replacement: The being taped up was the first red flag. I peeled the tape back to find a torn box. I opened the box to find a used vest. It's not in the plastic packaging and is missing the velcro pouch. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this one as well and will go with another supplier. And I'm downgrading my rating after this experience.

I wanted to love this vest but it is too big. I think the only thing that makes it a women's vest it the fact that it is pink:{

I got the 12lb vest. So far I really like it for walking. Its a little too big so I can't run with it without rubbing my shoulders. But otherwise it gives me a good workout. I will def move up weight soon!
