SamsoniteFoldaway Duffle Bag, State Blue

I’ve been looking for a travel bag that wouldn’t take up space when not in use and this was perfect. I really like how sturdy the material is. This can be used to take on trips where you plan to shop and bring things home. Love it! It’s easy to fold and I’ve used it as a carry on as well.

This bag seems well made and sturdy, although folded up it is very bulky and heavy. Since I was planning on packing it as an extra bag for the inevitable souvenirs purchased on my travels, it won't work for my purposes. I chose a competitor's bag that was half the weight and bulk.If you are not planning to use it for similar purposes, this bag is super roomy and will easily hold a weekend's worth of clothes. I like the shoulder strap, and it was easy to fold up and get back in the carrying case. I would be wary of using it as checked baggage, though, due to the thin nature of the material.

This is a very nice, sturdy bag with more room than it looks. We used it for an international trip. It is not waterproof. The bag held up well, but it got wet and stained during the luggage handling. I haven’t found any information about cleaning it, but I’m going to try and clean it and then spray it with a waterproofing agent.
