Best rangefinder for the money.
This is a great range finder for the money... Picks up the target quick and has the vibrate feature to let you know it locked on. I play 100 rounds a year, and so far this has been fantastic. The only small issues I have is that the optics aren't great, so if that's important to you, go spend an extra $200 to see the flag better. Lol. I'm not out here spotting birds, so really that's a non issue for me. The other thing is the battery meter fluctuates quite a bit, but I'm still using the original battery that came with it for free. So I'd imagine it may just be a cheap battery, but it's free so I'm not gonna complain about it. I carry an extra one just incase and will update once I install that one. I ordered another off brand from Amazon that supposedly had all the same feature for about the same price prior to this one, and I returned it after one round. The other one had so much trouble locking onto the flag that it was almost impossible to use. Used this one at the same course with no issues... I highly recommend it!

Great value for an amateur
This rangefinder has all the features you could want at a price 1/3 the competition. I have found it to be accurate and my club selection has improved dramatically as a result of this purchase. I am hitting more greens and golf is more fun. One thing is I had to switch from meters to yards. It was in the manual how to do it, not hard. There are only two buttons. One controls the mode and the other measures distance. There are 4 modes. The first measures distance to a bunker or hill. The second measures distance to a flag. The third measures distance to a flag with slope adjusted distance displayed also. I have no idea what the 4th mode does... if anyone could tell me that would be great! For measuring distance to the flag make sure to point it at the flag part not the pin!

Versatile rangefinder
Good product, well constructed. I have never had a range finder and decided to splurge on one, and I have found it to be kind of fun. There are multiple modes, the one I've used is the "distance to the flag" option. Now if I could only be even somewhat consistent with how far I can hit it with the same club!!! If I ever conquer that obstacle, I'll really love this product. One suggestion would be to have the Operations Manual online, as it's easy to lose. As such, one of the first things one should do is to make a duplicate, either electronically or on paper.

Battery that came with it was no good
I'm glad I read other reviews. I also ordered more batteries because I had read that someone else got there's and the battery that came with it was bad and when I got mine the battery that came with it was no good. Glad I ordered batteries to or I would have been more upset

This is a great rangefinder!
A year ago I decided I should quit asking my playing partners for yardages and I purchased an inexpensive Chinese rangefinder. It worked pretty well, but had some problems locking in a yardage and seemed a few yards off the reading of my friend's far more expensive Bushnell. It fell out of my bag the last day I was playing in Ireland at Carne Golf Links. When I got home, I ordered this rangefinder from Wosports. It costs about $15 more but vibrated when it locked in a distance.I can't comment on longevity because I have only been using it a month, but I love this rangefinder! It seems well-built, is easy to use and is very accurate. That's about all you could ask for. For the price, it's a steal. Thanks, Wosports.

Great item for any golfer wanting to improve their game
If you like to play golf and you want to improve your accuracy, this is the product for you at a great price. It arrived on time and as described. This golfranger works in all different elements and temperatures: wind, fog, rain, etc. My husband and I have been using it for months. It was easy to setup and is easy to read. I wish I had purchased this years ago. Now I know what to get my golf partner for her birthday next month!

Perfect range finder for average golfers.
Initially I was a little hesitant to buy a range finder from an unknown band and it being so much cheaper than the big name brands I didn’t know what to expect. Also it kinda hard to differentiate between the budget finders. However, I’m totally glad I bought this over the tour level brands, can’t speak for the other cheaper models but this one works wells. It’s as accurate as my friends Bushnel and Nikon. Finds the distance very quickly and I like the vibration notification. Honestly I don’t know why anyone who plays for fun would buy the expensive brands. I just need an a good idea of what club to use while playing without slowing down or asking a friend. If you have a 167 yard swing and a 162 yard swing, etc... maybe you need a tour level finders. If you know your 7 iron is somewhere around 160 this finder will do just fine.I have yet to deal with battery issues but have used it for about 6 rounds and have not had an issue. Time will tell how the battery holds up.The case it comes with is nice too.
