Appalling sound quality in the earpiece on the handset, considering it is supposed to be for people with hearing problems. Also appeared to be faulty as the ringer could not be changed, no matter which I selected it still made the same noise. Very disappointing for my 84 year old mum, it was part of her Christmas present.

At maximum amplification this product squealed back down the line. Whilst we were trying to work out if lowering the volume would still provide enough hearing for my hard of hearing father, the caller started to cut in and out. After an hour we gave up. I wish this had been more reliable but sadly, it seemed to have a technical issue so we are back to the drawing board, looking for a reliable phone with greater volume again!! It just didn’t do what it said on the box!!

If you are getting this for people with hard hearing, I advice you to look for alternative as this will not do the job as it did not change anything for my dad

You get what you see when ordering

Bought this via Hearing Direct. Very complicated to set up and use. Distorts voice. Does amplify but only by distorting voice. No range. Doesn’t work upstairs hence second handset useless. Very good customer service at Geemark ...sent a replacement which was no better than one we complained about. Now have two that are almost impossible to use because of the above. A very disappointed hard of hearing hopeful. Wish I hadn’t bought it.

I returned these phone as they were way to complex to operate with ease.
