I originally bought two of these with the idea of giving one as a Christmas present. Well when I got them I opened the package and downloaded the software, then the disappointment happened. I should have read the prior reviews for this product before I bought the earbuds. To my total disappointment there was no automatic translation. One, you need to have some special crappy software loaded then you need to know what language is being spoken. You have this delay while the device is translating the language. But the advertisement made it seem like this device could instantly decipher any language and that is not correct.I wanted to send it back and the seller told me it would be too expensive to send back so he gave me half credit. Well I had uninstalled the software from my phone since I thought the software was no longer needed. Since I decided to keep the earbuds, I wanted to at least use it for known languages. There was a problem when I went to install the software. When you first install the software and register to the device this registration gets recorded in some offline storage site. Well when I tried to register the same device again, I got a message saying the device was already registered and I had to delete the original account. Sadly, there was no instructions on how to delete the old account. Although there was a delete account in settings it kept saying the account was invalid. I wrote to the seller asking how to delete the account and I never got a response back.So bottom line please don't waste your money or time on this product. There has to be better ones out there.

I had my doubts but after the app setup this works wonderfully. I tested a foreign language movie and it translated on the spot. READ THE DIRECTIONS. There is a slight learning curve but once setup your good to go. excellent product

The audio did not work with the downloaded app. It did work as regular earbuds with other apps on my phone. The texted translation was inaccurate. I tested it with a friend who speaks fluent Arabic in many dialect. I bought two and gave one set to my husband for an upcoming trip to France. I only opened one and when I realized the poor quality and uselessness, I decided to return both. The Chinese company wanted me to pay a restocking fee which equaled the cost to half the purchase price. I complained and they gave me a list of instructions of taking a photo of the the conversation and sending the product back to a Florida address and then they would give me a full refund. Unfortunately I already mailed the package back through the Amazon Return Instructions. If possible, don't use Chinese suppliers. I know that is difficult, but I will try my hardest with future purchases so I don't get duped again.

For those saying that this product is only Bluetooth earbuds you must've not followed all the instructions to download because it took me 2 minutes and I immediately played with the features. It shows the translated words and the translation to your language of choice in multiple ways, it will play the translation very clearly and has several different dialects for regions that have them. I'm very impressed with this product and can't wait to gift it!

Nice looking and sound for music. But! The main thing l bought it for was the touted real time translation. This does not work at all. You can barely read the instructions because they are printed so small and in incorrect English. There is no mention of a an app to download or website. Nothing referring to setting up translation. All in all, just a pair of earbuds. I do not recommend it. I'm returning them the same day l got them.

I love the fit of these but the translating software does not work. The QR code website does not load. I have searched the playstore for the app and Netflix foe videos.
