Anyone else feel the bottle was half empty upon arrival? My bottle has no safety cover over the opening

Our sun screen tubes are made to hold significantly more sun screen product than the 3 fluid ounces that we state on our tubes. Our sun screen products do not come with a safety covering/sleeve, as they are shipped directly by us from bulk packaging.

Is the product supposed to be liquidy? The sunscreen is not sick and you think it would be 100 SPF just wondering

Product ingredients could separate. Please shake your bottle ensure all ingredients are mixed well. The sunscreen consistency will become thick again but not as thick as it was originally.
