Rugs With Flair 160 x 230 cm Visiona Soft 4304, Beige

Cleaned various spills and mud from this rug......we have 3 dogs so it often it gets dirtied up but always vacuums/cleans well, looks good and tends to lay flat. Quite a soft feel and comfortable under foot, for the money they offer really good value.

Bought this rug not knowing what to expect, it was worth every penny, 1st class quality i'm really pleased, adds a wonderful touch to my lounge and feels lovely, hoovers well and my grandaughter spilt felt tip pen all over it and it all came out, one of my better buys thank you.

We bought this based on the excellent reviews, and generally haven't been disappointed. However, a couple of points to keep in mind:1. The rug has been placed on carpet, under our bed. For some reason with the bed on top of it it won't sit flat on the ground, so we are walking over 'kinks' in the rug every day. No matter what we put under the rug or the bed feet, this still happens. However, not sure it's the fault of the rug, but worth keeping in mind if you're buying to place in a particular way. A lot of the other reviews on here don't seem to have any furniture sitting on it so thought it was worth mentioning.2. We've had to cut long strings of material off it twice now. Hopefully this won't affect the overall durability over time, but it seems to get catches regularly. We don't wear shoes in our room, so I don't think it's anything we are doing. I guess only time will tell.Overall, the colour is gorgeous and it's lovely and soft to walk on, so points above aside, we are happy with our purchase. Thanks.

hi this rug was very good value good quality and a very good price,on opening the rug it had a mark on it i got in touch with the company very good after sales service,and they offered a replacement but i decided to return it it was collected from my door cannot fault this company

Unlike the picture where the rug is completely flat - after having this rug for a couple of weeks it still looks like a concertina. I've done everything to try and straighten it - heavy furniture,.rolling it the other way and I've even resorted to ironing it on a damp towel. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

The rug was delivered today and is absolutely first class. It's thick, lies perfectly flat and the quality is fantastic, so must better than I expected although previous reviewers had commented on the superb quality. It is exactly what I wanted and looks amazing in my sitting room. I was also very impressed by the excellent delivery; I ordered the rug late on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday lunch time, much earlier than anticipated and some 5 days prior to the date advised on the email that confirmed dispatch. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Rugs with Flair in the future and they are to be complimented on their outstanding customer service.

Very poor quality.

After checking each and every carpet in Amazon for my baby's room, I decided to buy this one, as the price was very good and the size is perfect! What they usually propose for nursery is too tiny and I guess you need to change after a couple of years (and the price was double). I needed something where we can also sit and play with her , and I think this is ideal. Very good service, as well, thank you !
