This is a well made, designed product that is very relaxing, great massage and vibration levels, and well manufactured.The power cable has a good length of wire so it can be used on all areas of the body.The functions are more consistent than with a rechargeable product. This also comes with a car cigarette lighter lead for in vehicle use.It's quite a large and I store it in the box, as it does not come with a bag, however this is a small point.Definitely would recommend to others.

I live in Spain and bought this product in 2021 in all good faith. It worked worked OK and I was happy with the deice. Some months ago I received a recall notice and was approved for a replacement adapter having jumped through the required hoops. Having completed the required paperwork, and after weeks of trying to contact the company I was told I was not eligible due to living in Spain. They repeatedly ignored my request to appeal their decision and ignored my request for their complaints procedure. The result is I am left with a useless piece of equipment and have totally wasted my money. My advice to anyone out there is do not buy as there is no after sales service and they totally ignore their customers.

Love it, the arms are a bit short but apart from that it works well. I’ve always had sore shoulders, this really hit the spot. I went overboard using it when I first got it, totally my fault. Now my shoulders are relaxed and feel much better. My sister used it and has now bought one of her own.

Been using it for a while and really like it for getting those shoulder nots out!However, as others have said, I smelt something funny and realised the plug was completely on fire 🔥 lucky a simple blow out it put after the fuse box wentWas nervous to buy another adapter but went with a sturdy option adapter with multiple settings / voltages and it seems to be alright again….So in summary just a cheap plug to bin but the product is greatBtw it runs normally on 12v. When I first plugged in the laptop adapter it was 24 and was comically going double time 😂
