Are these the right size for toddlers or are they adult size?

The are the adult size. They used to make a line of forks, knives and spoons that were larger -- many years ago -- and apparently they did not sell well enough. I have been using their forks, knives and spoons for at least 10 years now, and have tried to find bamboo and wooden utensils in other brands to take their place, but in the end and even these are a BIT smaller than I would wish, to me this brand is the "gold standard" in bamboo utensils. Even good wooden ones (which are very hard to find in my experience) have never had such an excellent design for the forks in particular. Forks simply work differently when sculpted from bamboo or wood than they do when made of stainless steel or other metals. Four prongs are no good but for looking at; not eating. Their three-pronged forks are ingenious and I love them. I would also prefer that their knives were not shaped on a bend and that their spoons were not as shallow as they are, but compared to the problems I encountered in almost every other brands or sources, they are the BEST. I eat all of my food with these utensils unless I am eating away from home or needing a metal knife to cut something substantial. The knives can cut most cooked foods (but not steaks), the forks can and will break if used for smashing down semi-hard things while cooking -- so I prefer to smash with metal forks -- and last I checked the spoon fills with exactly 1 tsp. of liquid when measured and I prefer to use porcelain or ceramic Asian soup spoons for soups though the to-go ware spoons work well for just about anything else. When I'm not cooking a large amount, the forks are also great for cooking, as are the spoons.

Where are this made?

I have used these for over 10 years and they have been of a consistent and very good quality. I have purchased more over time and if they used to be made elsewhere you cannot tell. I like them very much.

Are these the same size fork as the ones that are a part of the carrycase sets?

Years ago there were two different carrycase sets: one had a thing to attach to a loop in your jeans and is the sets that can still be found today, including the chopsticks, and they are the exact same size as the utensils purchased in these 5-packs.  The older carrycase sets are, sadly no longer made -- for many years now -- and the utensils were larger (and almost too large). Had I known at the time that they were going to discontinue the ones in the large carrycase that had no ring for jean loops, I would have purchased a bunch of them. But this size is doable for me as an adult, and I am not complaining because I am SO glad these smaller ones (where the forks are about 7" in length) are still being sold.  The older ones that were larger may have been 7 1/2 inches in length or possibly more.
