They have a nice fruity taste and are super easy to take, no bitter flavor or anything like that.I take one about half an hour before bed, and I noticed I feel more calm and relaxed… and I fall asleep more easily. I didn’t wake up feeling heavy or groggy the next day, which was something I was worried about. Honestly, it’s been such a great help, especially on nights when I feel more anxious. The worst product ever no wonder you can’t return it. It does nothing! It is just candy and I want a refund even though it says no return. They know this product is not worth the money.It might as well be in the Candy Store!
