Well made light travel duffel
This was a pricey purchase for me but I needed a wheeled duffel one could live out of for about two weeks for a pre-teen’s summer camp stay. This duffel styling worked great for that purpose. We were able to fit about one and a half week’s worth of camp clothes, a sleeping bag, and all other items on the camper’s packing list without hitting the 50 pound mark. The pre-teen was able to manouver this through the airport parking lot and bag check with minimal help thanks to the very versatile wheels, multiple handles and relatively light weight. I expected the bag to return a scratched up mess after three flights but it looks just fine with minor scatches to the plastic frame. This bag handled travel so well I’m considering getting the larger bag for longer trips. That said, the fabric/ frame is quite thin so I would be cautious about using this bag with breakables. This is designed for maximum lightness and manouverability and it works so extremely well for that purpose.

Weight and durability cannot be matched.
Terrific bag and close enough to airline max size to go under the wire. Extremely durable material, yet amazingly light weight.handles are well made and it stands on its own, unlike many rolling duffle bags. Great Zippers. Thee Internal compression straps and a small separate compartment at the top for wet items like booties or swimsuits. Worth every penny. Excellent extending handle and mechanism. Good wheels, too.

Pretty Color Blue
I was surprised at how light it is empty. Some similar sized bags start off heavy and can easily exceed the baggage limit. Can't wait to load it up for a long trip. It doesn't have big zippered pockets inside like my Ospry Porter but I use packing cubes to keep everything in it's place.

Amazing duffle bag luggage that is surprisingly heavy
I'm just going to put this at the head of this review. If weight is an issue, this is a heavy one. While the bag looks lightweight, the plastic frame has a lot of heft. You can pack this thing to the gills, and still zip it. I took it on a trip to Europe and it held up quite well. You can zip this up and still jam stuff in the top. This is a really great bag, as one would expect from Osprey. It has a super strong zipper and can easily survive an 11 day trip through Amsterdamn, Germany, Switzerland, and England.

Questionable volume capacity.
Very expensive for what it is, I am skeptical that the usable volume is as large as claimed but I have no way of proving my concern.Wheels and handle goodZips good.

A Versatile Travel Companion
The Osprey Transporter 90 rolling duffel bag is a great piece of luggage. This bag promised a blend of duffel bag flexibility and suitcase convenience, and for the most part, it delivers. I am a fan of Osprey gear and they are known for their quality. I wanted a bag to travel with camping gear. It needed to roll so I could wheel it through airports but still be rugged and shaped where I can easily throw it in the cargo area of a vehicle and then use it at camp or in a tent. A traditional suitcase isn't suited for this situation. This rolling duffel is perfect for my use. I love the Osprey logos stamped and printed in a few key areas.Pros:Spacious and Organized:This duffel boasts a surprising amount of packing space. The 90 liters capacity easily swallows several days worth of clothes or gear. I particularly appreciate the separate compartments, pockets, and compression straps. These features kept my clothes and gear organized and prevented them from shifting during transit.Durable Construction:The fabric feels robust and has a sheen to the finish that I wasn't expecting. The zippers are sturdy and haven't snagged, and the reinforced corners offer good protection. The plastic frame and handle could be a little flimsy but they have not given me any reason to think they won't hold up.Smooth Rolling:The wheels glide effortlessly, even on uneven surfaces. The retractable handle is comfortable to grip and locks securely in place.Versatile Carrying Options:Beyond the rolling function, this duffel offers padded top handles and side handles that are sturdy. This versatility is a lifesaver when you need to lift the bag into a truck or navigate stairs. There is a hard plastic handle that is molded into the bottom of the frame for lifting.Lightweight:Despite its size and durability, the bag itself is surprisingly lightweight, which is crucial for avoiding overweight baggage fees.Cons:While the interior storage is excellent, I found myself wishing for more exterior pockets or optional interior dividers. While the pull handle has held up so far, I have some concerns about its long-term durability, especially when the bag is fully loaded. It feels slightly less robust than the rest of the bag. This rolling duffel is not a hybrid design as others have mentioned, there are no backpack straps so this is truly a rolling duffel only. This isn't really a negative for me but worth mentioning for others. There is a luggage tag compartment but it is partially covered by a handle.Overall:The Osprey 90L rolling duffel bag is a solid choice for travelers looking for a spacious, durable, and versatile luggage option. While it has a couple of minor drawbacks, the pros far outweigh the cons. It's a great alternative to a traditional suitcase, offering more flexibility and packing space. I would recommend this bag to anyone who travels frequently and needs a reliable and convenient way to transport their gear.
