I've tried about 4 different pre-workout powders and brands.So far this Peach Mango has been the most palatable to me. I very much enjoy the surprisingly sweet, peachy mango-y flavor.As for the energy boost? I've only used this product twice and today before my workout, I took it and started feeling slight tingles all over my body within 2 minutes of consumption. Nowhere near the level of tingles I've felt with past products. No increased heat rate or anything like that.I must say that it gave me razor-like focus for most of my kickboxing workout, which I found to be amazing and beneficial. I start back weight training next week and I can't wait to see what this helps with then.I look forward to continuing to use this product and I'll do an updated review when I finish this canister.

I work out early in the morning usually in a fasted state, and this is my go to BCAA powder with caffeine to get me through my workout. I take this product to reduce any muscle wasting without breaking my fast, and help in my recovery after the workout. The Blue Razz is my favorite!! I've been buying this product for several years now. Much better than the other products I've tried and great for the price.

I bought this not really hearing much about EVL but I would definitely buy this again! It gave me the energy to knockout my workout and get a good pump in. The flavor of was good , I will be trying all the others for sure. Give this product a try you will like it!

Used this brand for years, tried almost every flavor and pink star blast is my absolute favorite, very nostalgic for me of a popsicle flavor I used to enjoy as a kid, I always recommend to my friends. Also EVL is great with customer service any time I reached out over order issues

This stuff is delicious! Like I drink it as a pick me up in the afternoon delicious (even though I try to save it for my workouts). I've had the peach ring and raspberry and both taste amazing and give me a little pre workout (or just afternoon) energy. Great price!

I've only had three flavors so far after a couple years of using these BCAA Energy supplements but they are all pleasant tasting if that's a concern for anyone. I feel that 2 scoops gives enough energy for a workout and if I really want to get after it a third scoop is noticeable without feeling overly jittery. I think it's a good product overall by itself, but I mix with creatine and L Citrulline to make my own pre workout!

Gets the job done. A nice pick me up during and after your workout. A little too sweet for me so I only use 1 scoop at a time.Have been using this product for about 2 years, love the variety of flavors so you don't get bored.

I love the blue raspberry aminos! I switched from drinking Red Bull to drinking this as a pick me up and either before or after my workouts! It gives me energy and tastes good too!
