This item was not good for what I wanted, I wanted to improve connection to earbuds to reduce delay, but it does not do that. It would work to give Bluetooth capabilities to a basic device.Seller ZEXMTE contacted me and offered the right product I was looking for: to enhace connectivity and they shipped it right away. Cant wait to test it!!!

Does it give Bluetooth functionality to your PC? Absolutely. Do you need to be within a few feet with clear line of sight in order for it to work? Absolutely.My phone can connect to my bt earbuds from the next room over. This thing has sketchy connectivity if my chair is in front of my desk.

This is the only Bluetooth dongle for me that has ever been plug and play, and worked straight off the bat with no glitches or problems. I recommend getting this for VR controllers, or xbox Controllers.

It was slightly annoying to get it to work correctly on Windows 10, have to be slightly tech savvy to get it to work properly.Once everything is correctly setup though it connects to my wireless headphones automatically when turning them on(Most of the time but there is occasionally times where I have to restart my PC in order to get it to connect.)When in use there is some latency (with audio devices at least) that isn’t too bad but if you plan on playing shooter games it can be disorienting. And while in use it can tend to have interference with some other devices making it slightly cut in and out but I have a lot of wireless and not wireless tech in a small area so that could be my fault. Overall it works most of the time and works good enough when it does. It can be rocky sometimes thought but that is the nature of Bluetooth on PC

Good bluetooth adapter. CD software included with device would not load. Windows plug and play found it no problem

It works nicely with the earphones and controllers I've connect to my PC. No noticeable input lag or connection issues. Money well spent.There is no Windows 10 installation info but it's pretty easy to set up. It comes with a driver disc if you have an optical drive but I found it easiest to install through the device manager.+hit Windows key + R key (at the same time)+In the command box type "devmgmt.msc"(you can also just search for "device manager" on the start bar, same results)+Expand "other devices" right click "BCM207020A0" and "Update driver" (pic 1)+Click "Search Automatically for Updated Windows Driver"Now you driver should be installed.If you want to connect bluetooth devices to your computer, you'll have to go to your bluetooth settings now that your PC can recognize bluetooth. Searching for "bluetooth" in the start bar should bring you where you need to be. (pic 2)If this all seems intuitive to you it probably is, it's very easy to set up without help.The extra explanation is for people who don't spend much time around computers.

This is garbage usb. I can not find driver for win10. They only says "Plug this Bluetooth adapter into the USB port,the Bluetooth icon appears and then pair with the Bluetooth device." But computer doesn't read this USB. I have tried two diffrent computers, both are not working. I'm gonna return this. You do not buy this,,

I've had great results using this dongle with two simultaneous DS4 controllers. You do need to provide a fairly clear line of sight between the controllers and the dongle though. I've had disconnects when using the controller in bed and my legs are between the controller and the dongle.

Easy to install if you have a CD drive.Till now, it works with my MINISO BT119 Wireless Earphones. Short-range though. But still, it is working.
