Defective product
Very disappointed in this product. The box arrived damaged and the top was open. I decided to keep it bc I figured maybe it was just transit damage. When I opened it I quickly realized something was wrong. The poles didn’t line up and pieces were missing. I contacted support and they set me for a return to drop it off! Insane. It’s heavy. Through communication Amazon reps made it “right.” I ordered a different brand today, hopefully it goes better.

Easy to assemble.
The media could not be loaded. Missing springs, box arrived with a hole at the top. Called Amazon customer service & got the issue resolved, Very easy to assemble a 5ft women and was able to do it with my 8 year old’s help would recommend for the price.

If you’re looking for a trampoline this is the one! Was looking for a few days for just the right one and it’s perfect. The size is great for kids and adults. Instructions are good and easy to read. Make sure to follow the directions for the springs and trampoline it makes it 10x easier!

Easy to build
The media could not be loaded. I am a 5”4 160lb girl zero muscle or athleticism and was able to build this by myself that’s how easy it was granted it took me 4 hours it was still easier then I thought it would be my kids are gonna love it!!
