Product works in my right ear but not in my left? i had surgery in my left ear when i was a kid would this this be a factor? also can I return product

yes the domes come with them BUT I found these earing aids completely useless they are amplifiers not earing aids, earing aids are a completely different thing the ones I bought finished up at the bottom of a drawer
