Healthy & more powerful than other Salts!
This blue salt isn’t just gorgeous—it’s a real health boost. Unlike gray salt or pink Himalayan salt, it has much higher levels of potassium and significantly less sodium, which is perfect for balancing your intake without sacrificing flavor.Potassium helps your muscles unwind, keeps your heart ticking nicely, and helps your blood pressure stay where it should, something that’s harder to get from regular salts. On top of that, it’s also rich in iron, magnesium, and trace minerals like calcium and zinc—minerals that support energy, immune function, and overall well-being. Since using it, I’ve felt less bloated, more energized, and my meals taste amazing. Yes, it's a bit pricier, and you'll need a grinder, but for a healthier, more mineral-dense salt? It's worth it.

Surprisingly effective!
I grabbed this blue salt after hearing it’s good for health, and honestly, I was skeptical. But after a few weeks of using it, I feel more balanced—better sleep, more energy, and less fatigue. Not magic, but definitely a positive change!I use this blue salt for all kinds of dishes, from grilled vegetables to steaks. It gives a unique and rich flavor that's hard to beat. The color also makes it stand out when sprinkled on salads—adds a beautiful touch!

Rare and worth every Penny!
Rare and worth every Penny!Blue salt has been a part of my family’s kitchen for generations, and I’ve always struggled to find one that truly matches the authenticity and quality we’ve come to expect. This brand delivers on both, The quality is top-notch, just like I remember. As someone who needs to watch their sodium intake, this blue salt has been a great alternative. The taste is satisfying without needing to use as much.

Expensive and not as blue as most of the images make it look.
This arrives in a silver backed bag with a large label on the front, with the bag measuring approx 17.5cm x 12cm x 3cm.The bag has a press to seal line across it, so you could keep it in the bag, but I think it really looks best in a clear grinder. The most accurate representation of how this salt looks is probably the loose small bits on the table in the first picture, where you get a few flecks of intense blue, but mostly some that are practically clear or such a pale colour they look more grey tinted than blue.If you popped this in a salt grinder that wasn't see through, I think you'd find nobody would notice the difference based on taste alone, although I do think it is slightly less 'salty' in taste than regular salt if you are paying attention and looking for it.It seems to be lower in Sodium than regular salt, so could be a welcome addition in someones diet if they wanted to reduce their sodium intake a little.Looks pretty, but being a hard to get item means it's pretty expensive when there are far cheaper alternatives.Could make a lovely gift for a foodie though.

Blue Gold: Potassium-Rich!
This blue salt has been agame-changer for me. It's not only stunning to look at, but I’ve noticed it’s helping maintain my potassium levels, especially since I tend to consume a lot of sodium without even realizing it.Unlike the pink Himalayan salt, which is often higher in sodium, this blue salt is lower in sodium and provides that much-needed balance.Potassium is crucial for muscle relaxation, heart health, and neutralizing sodium’s negative effects, and hitting that daily recommended 4,600mg can be tough. This salt is a healthier way to season my food while keeping things in balance. Yes, it's a bit more than your average table salt, but consider it an investment in your well-being. If you're looking to naturally support your heart, muscles, and overall balance with natural minerals instead of relying on supplements. This is a must buy, don't delay buy yours today.

Unbelievably expensive
We use a lot of Himalayan pink salt because it looks good in transparent grinders and is tastier than Supermarket rock salt. So, I was delighted to have the opportunity to try this Richure Ancient Blue Salt. I was so surprised when I received it, to see how little I was getting. 100g is barely enough to fill a grinder and the price is astronomical - £129 per kilo compared to the £5-6 per kilo we pay for pink salt on Amazon. The appearance of this salt is certainly unusual – I have never seen blue salt before – but it’s not as spectacular as it appears in the pictures (see my photo). Also, the taste is a little odd. Yes, it’s salty but it’s a noticeably different kind of saltiness and I am not sure I like it.

Excellent for electrolytes & recovery
As an athlete, I add this blue salt to my water post-workout, and it’s been a game changer for my recovery. I feel more hydrated and refreshed, and I’ve noticed less muscle soreness. It’s a must-have for anyone active!Finding genuine blue salt is almost impossible, so glad I found this authentic blue salt in Uk. It's exactly what I was looking for, Highly recommend to anyone looking for a natural health boost.

Good salt but pricey
The salt comes in a resealable plastic pouch but due to the size of the crystals it's likely you'll use a grinder or pestle and mortar. The salt itself is quite attractive, if you can say such a thing about salt. There are purported benefits due to the levels of potassium and other minerals but it is expensive, there's not a lot of salt in this pouch.
