I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing which is a mistake on my part. It does not work, placed the batteries in to realise there’s no on/off button on the battery compartment. No other way to make it work. By the looks of things I’m not the only person to have issues with this item. I do not recommend

It’s not bad took a while to work out how to start as no switch button.

No on and off switch
On and off switch was missing and it was more of a snore than a soothing sound of breathing

Not worth buying
This is not worth buying as a new set of batteries will last 8 breathing cycles which equates to 10 minutes.So unless you what to spend £50 per month on batteries I would stay well clear
