Had to replace my name badge that was 5 years old but still had one of these magnets on it from day 1. When they told me a replacement name tag was on the way, I knew I had to buy another one of these. I bought the multi pack to share with my co workers because they always liked the way theses held my badge inplace all day with no slips or falling off. They also make the uniform look very clean 😁

I gave it 3 stars because the magnet is not strong enough. Perhaps a 3 0r 4 magnet back plate??everything else was okay.

Customer service is great! Immediately replaced sets that were missing. Magnets are perfect for name tags. So much easier than clips or pins. Highly recommend!

We use a lot of name Tags, but, for some odd reason, some people pop the badges magnetic backing off when removing them. If you use magnets, this company sells dependable magnets. I must check to see what other products they sell, like the entire name tags, for instance.

The magnet isn't as strong as I would have liked. I am a nurse and use it to keep my name badge in place. The magnet frequently shifts and has to be adjusted or it falls off all together. I am a office nurse so it's not like I am providing direct patient care that could be knocking it loose.

Very Strong Magnet. Only negative is - it won't stay on through thick layers, such as a blazer or thick sweater.
