what kind of sweetner does this product use?

The only sweeter I found on the label was “organic stevia leaf extract”. The writing is so small there might have been another source of sweetness that I couldn’t find.

Why add Citric Acid which is synthetic and has been know to cause allergies etc.?

Silly question. They probably add citric acid for taste. There is no difference between natural and synthetic citric acid. It is not an allergen.

My electrolytes have been low. Will this help? It seems the tiny amount of what's needed daily isn't enough to make a difference

Some is better than nothing. I don't rely totally on Ultima for my electrolytes. I try and eat them as well.
