I believe the Ford escape features 6x8in both front and rear doors. If your escape is equipped with the audiophile package it should have a 8" subwoofer with it's own amplifier in the rear. So to answer your question, no not without some modifications. Hope this helps.

日産クリッパーに付けたった(社用車)

スピーカー背面厚み65mmもあったのでインナーバッフル25mm厚自作バッフル表と裏に5mm厚パッキン噛ましてガラスとの接触なんとかクリア内張りちょっと浮いてるけど扉閉まるから気にしないﾉｰﾏﾙはｸﾗﾘｵﾝのsrt1600着いてたけど同じ音量で低音が倍近くに感じる仕様の表記がPeak200wだったり120wだったりRMS50wだったり65wだったりｲﾝﾋﾟｰﾀﾞﾝｽ2.8だったり4だったりいまいちわからん厚みと仕様の点で星4とりあえず重低音もうちょい欲しいので次の休みはメインデッキ交換とサブウーファー増設だ～
