Can the nightlight bulb be replaced?

I’ve had this lamp and use it every day for at least two years. It may never burn out. I looked on the bottom and there is a piece of the lamp you can unscrew on the bottom and get in to change the light. Enjoy your light

where can i get a larger lamp?

I would try searching the name brand of the lamp to see if the company carries a larger size.

Can you use a dimmer on the lamp even though it has a night light?

My husband (a retail lighting design specialist) says it's likely you can use a dimmer for the main bulbs, but the LED interior lights (in base) probably not. Hope that helps. Btw, these are beautiful lamps and we're very pleased with them.
