I don't drink coffee, but considering that this changes the taste of water, slightly, it might not enhance the flavor of your coffee.

My packets are mostly empty. why won't you accept returns? i got the item only recently.

The packets are not crammed full. Just as sweet and low packets or Splenda not crammed.
