Can leave’s be used to wrap hamburger meat to make cabbage rolls

I wouldn't recommend it. The ones I got were quite soft from being soaked in brine, and the leaves didn't separate easily.

I have never used these brine cabbage leaves! Can you tell me some ideas on how to use them please? Thank you!

I always use them for cabbage rolls. I was born and raised in Romania and that is how one makes cabbage rolls in Eastern Europe, using pickled leaves not fresh ones. In fact, Romanians preserve whole heads of cabbage in brine. Most households will have a barrel of cabbage heads in brine for cabbage rolls. The rolls are softer, they melt in your mouth and they are all together better than the ones made with fresh cabbage. What I noticed here is that fresh cabbages have thicker leaves and even when boiled they are still tough. That is why I prefer using the ones in brine. Anyway, all that being said, the Amazon price is three times higher than the price of a similar if not identical jar at a brick and mortar store if you can find one in your neighborhood.
