Comfortable, breathable with solid protection
It is so hard to find the right mask. I think because everyone's face is unique, there is no "one size fits all". However, this one seems to work well for me.It has good coverage, thickness and seems to be good quality. It's durable and comfortable to wear, even in the warmer weather. The ear loops are comfortable and I can wear these for several hours without getting a headache or pain behind my ears. They're still sufficiently snug enough to keep the mask in place. These didn't have that chemical or musty smell either, which can really make or break a mask. Overall, I'm a fan and will be buying these again when I run out.For reference, I wear a size small women's full face mask for bipap machine.

Good protection
This is the brand that is used at MSKCC: where I get treatment. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't pricey: I've seen similar in Asia for a tenth of the cost. But, I still bought it as it 1 of the best out there.

Breathable and comfortable
I ordered these 3 layer masks for work and they meet the requirements. I like that they are lightweight on my face and seal around my mounts comfortably. The material is very soft and there is wire on the bridge of the nose so that I can form it to my face. I wear glasses so it’s important that I can form the seal over my nose bridge so that my glasses don’t fog. With these masks, my glasses don’t fog or fall off. I’m very happy about that. The 3 ply gives me security that I’m getting good protection against communicable diseases that come from aspiration in the air. The last feature that I want to mention are the ear bands. They don’t hurt my ears at all and I wear them non stop for 8 hours a day. I love these masks!

Great for cleaning out the kitty litter box
Great for cleaning out the kitty litter box. They seem to keep all of the litter box dust from going into my sinuses. I have been using these for that task for several years now.

Durable, Comfortable and Well Priced
I thought we were finished with mandatory mask wearing in my state. It was only when we arrived at my husband's doctor appointment and saw a sign announcing that masks are mandatory in medical settings that I learned we still must wear them in certain environments. We actually had to cancel his doctor appointment and reschedule due to not having masks. As soon as I got home, I ordered these. They're the kind that must be worn here. They're comfortable and surprisingly do not cause my glasses to fog up while in use. Very durable, they stay in place and are lightweight. The price is reasonable and I'll continue to buy these as long as necessary.

Not as Soft As Light Blue Surgical Masks
Here's my thorough review! These black Dr. Moxa "medical" masks are good enough, I think. They say "Made in USA" and list an address in New London, WI. So that's cool, right? The exterior finish is shiny and the ear loops are a soft spongy material and almost too long, making them comfortable, however I feel they should be a hair tighter. The distance from the back of my ear where the loop goes to the point of my nose is about 7 inches. I have a small nose. The ear loop string on the black Moxa mask isn't as robust as the blue mask's loop. I tugged at both loops and the black one broke after about 25 tugs, while the blue broke at around 35.Fogging doesn't seem to be an issue on the black mask. I think another reviewer said they don't smell. Actually, on the outside surface (facing away from you) they smell a little like ink. But the inside is white and don't have any bothersome smells (all masks have some smell, right?). The black shiny paint on the outside makes the entire mask a little stiffer than a standard blue surgical mask (I don't know who made the blue mask in my photo, as I got it from work). Both masks have 3 layers, however the blue mask's outer cheesecloth-like layer is less porous than the black's. I can more easily run a needle through the blue mask's outer layer, so I guess the black mask is more protective? Finally, the nose band on both masks are identical. They're like those bread loaf twisties - metal wire (I assume) covered with plastic. The main takeaways are that compared to a standard blue surgical mask, the black Moxa mask has a stiffer overall feel (which also create a bigger air pocket in front of your mouth), the ear loops are bigger. They seem to be comfortable enough to wear an hour or so. And the air flow seem to be less than the blue mask, but that probably means you're protected better. I'm no scientist. I'm happy with this purchase.
