We received this koi pond filter and pump and installed it on a Monday. It was easy to install and it worked perfectly. In one week our 4,500 gallon pond was clear. Before we installed the kit it was so dark that I couldn’t see the fish or the bottom of the pond. I was very impressed with how well it worked. I’m enjoying seeing the beautiful fish again. When it cleared we experienced an algae bloom. I will be trying to get that under control now, but it seems to be working well.
