I got this case for my iPad Pro and it fits perfectly. I wanted something slim, with a pocket large enough for my Apple pencil, phone, earbuds, pens, maybe a small notepad, etc. that had a detachable shoulder strap but could also be tossed in my briefcase like a sleeve. I love the Grid-it products so this was a perfect choice for me to keep my accessories organized. The case seems well made. I like its vertical orientation and the handle and shoulder pad have just enough cushion. Very happy with my purchase!

I just need a bag that will carry my laptop, not a ton of other junk. Which apparently means my options are very limited, since most laptop bags are made with the assumption that you are also carrying a bunch of textbooks or other stuff with you. This slim design is perfect and doesn't make me feel like I have to lug a bulky bag with me everywhere just to protect my laptop. My only complaint is that the plastic hinges for the strap make a creaking sound when I walk (especially walking up/down stairs or walking at a faster pace).

First of all, I ordered this case on a Saturday afternoon. I got confirmation that it shipped Saturday night. And it was _delivered_ Sunday morning. WAY TO GO, Amazon!Now for the case. I got it to fit my Dell E-4310. It fits perferctly, like a glove. The external pocket has enough room for a mouse and power supply if you need to carry them. And I love the long shoulder strap. I'm a tall (6' 2") guy and the strap is long enough to go over my head and rest on the opposite shoulder so better distributing the load.I wouldn't use it for travelling but for the day to day slog on the Chicago Metra (train) system it is absolutely perfect!

I might love this bag a little more than I do if it came with a puppy. Or diamonds. Or was filled with cash.Other than those minor issues, this bag is awesome. I carry a purse everywhere I go so I want the lightest, simplest computer bag I can find and this is perfect. I slip my 13" Macbook Air into the main compartment, my other stuff stays perfectly organized on the GRID-IT board (Who invented this thing? Give her or him a raise, STAT!), and I'm off, no fuss, no muss, no unnecessary bulk. I love everything about it.

I love these cocoon bags with the storage strap boards. Perfect. This is my second, perfect size for my 13" mac book pro with accessories. I also have the bigger backpack version that is listed as 15" MBP capable but I use it for my 13" and it also easily holds my keyboard, trackpad, and iPad, and on the strap board my sunglasses, billfold, ethernet and vga connectors, charge cords, passport, wet wipes, etc.Cocoon's products are seriously 5-star.

It's a tight fit to get the board with the straps back into the outer pouch once you've put things on it. Tends to pull items looks when inserting/removing.

I wish I could get in touch with someone about exhanging this without reviewing it so poorly, but maybe that's the risk you take by ordering online. My 8th grader used this for school and after just 6 weeks, the zipper broke so badly that he can't use it any more. I'd like to give it another try just in case we got a bad one, but it doesn't look like I can. So one star it is. Sorry.

My new favorite computer case! I have an iPad Pro as my primary machine now, and it just swam in my old case. This case is perfectly-sized for full-size iPads, as well as 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper and notebooks with fast access for security scanners!The Grid-It is awesome for keeping all of the iPad connection dongles organized and quickly accessible. A much better invention than just pockets!
