Beware. I ordered the vegetarian soup for my kid at college. They shipped the pork.

I am about your age but have been using computers nearly all my life. Not all of us are good with them - or smartphones for that matter. You're likely good at other things. Anyway, I'm guessing for you, since we're near the same age, that the important aspects of the nutrition are 1100 mg of sodium. Koyo brand has less than half that. I'd suggest that one. Everything else is as you would expect, wheat, yeast extract, etc.
