can i use this to insulate a suspended timber floor?

I have and is working really well. It has made a big difference to what the floor feels like on your feet. I put down two layers and secured them in place with tape.Hope that is of some use.

Does this come with instructions on how to fit and do I need to buy any special glue or other products to use this?

It's really easy to install, there's a front and back. You'll need a stapler and staples to attach it to your trusses / timbers and you'll need foil tape for sealing the joints. I'd advise having a Stanley knife as well.

can you use this on top of a concrete floor and how do you glue it to floor?

I can't say on that as i only used it in the greenhouse to keep the warmth in

Would this trap cold out if we lined our internal garage door?
